These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers placing bulk cement orders (trade and non-trade) via our website, mobile application, or through any authorized representative. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- These Terms govern the sale and supply of cement products in bulk across trade and non-trade categories.
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon being posted on our website.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to place an order.
- Orders placed on behalf of a company or organization must have proper authorization.
3. Product Information
- We deal in multiple brands and grades of cement across trade and non-trade categories.
- All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We strive to ensure accurate representation of all items, but errors may occur and we are not liable for any discrepancies.
4. Bulk Order Policy
- A minimum quantity may be required to qualify as a bulk order. This threshold may vary depending on the brand and delivery location.
- We reserve the right to reject any non-bulk orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Pricing & Discounts
- Prices listed are exclusive of GST and transportation charges unless otherwise mentioned.
- A 10% discount is applicable on eligible trade and non-trade bulk orders and is automatically calculated during checkout.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the cement market, supplier pricing, or taxation policies.
6. Ordering Process
- Orders must be placed through our website or with authorized personnel.
- Once your order is confirmed, an acknowledgment with payment and delivery details will be sent via email or SMS.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order unless credit arrangements have been approved in advance.
- Accepted payment methods include: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
- Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.
8. Delivery Policy
- We deliver to selected cities and regions within India. Delivery timelines may vary between 2–3 working days depending on availability and location.
- The customer must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and ready for unloading at the scheduled time.
- Delays due to incorrect address, unavailability of receiving personnel, or inaccessible sites will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Risk & Ownership
- Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- Ownership remains with us until full payment is received and cleared.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement without any penalty.
- Cancellations after dispatch will incur logistic and handling charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
11. Return & Replacement Policy
- Cement is a non-returnable product unless found to be defective or not as per the order.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect delivery must be made within 24 hours of receipt with supporting documentation (photos/videos).
- Replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion after verification.
12. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, transportation issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited strictly to the value of the cement ordered.
- We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, project delays, or reputational harm.
14. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, logos, images, product data) is our property or that of our suppliers and may not be used without written permission.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Your State.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Your City, India.
