Bulk Orders Only: Minimum quantity required as per bulk order standards . For trade Cement minimum order (200 Packets) & non Trade Minimum Order (500 Packets)  

Payment Terms: Full payment must be made in advance for non trade unless credit terms are approved only for trade Cement and they are applicable for registered Member only.

Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within 2–3 working days, depending on location and availability.

Delivery Site Access: Customer must ensure proper road access and unloading space at the delivery site.

Returns & Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours.

• No returns accepted after dispatch unless damaged or incorrect material is delivered.

• in Case of Quality issues of material cancellation are accepted instantly and full amount in refund. 

Quality Claims: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos).

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather, natural disasters).
